Hoya ruthiae sp Borneo, classified as very rare and Hoya ruthiae named after Dr Ruth Kiew, a tropical botanist based at the Malaysian Forest Institute. It was described in 2015 by Michele Rodda. This plant has lymph and grows in limestone formations. The flowers when first opened are about 1/2 inch across and relatively short-lived, lasting around three days. and during this time it turned out that I had also found the answer to my doubts, when I opened a book called A Guide To Hoyas Of Borneo where there was an entry about Hoya ruthiae. It is said that the plant is endemic native to Kalimantan, Indonesia and lives on the limestone of the Baturong Hills. and it can be concluded, that hoya from Indonesia is the most hoya in history.
