I found the “newest” Hoya siver menak sopal on August 17 2023. I introduce my newest Hoya which is super rare, in the description of this Hoya I found it on 1 tree and only 1 plant, even then it only had 6 leaves and was sold in 3 pots bought by famous hoya collector from Indonesia and Thailand. This Hoya flower is not widely known and its silver color is evenly distributed even behind the leaves which are also silver. In my opinion, this hoya is very rare and I can no longer find it in its natural forest habitat. I gave the name “Hoya sp. Menak Sopal silver”, with the reason of honoring a famous historical figure from his area, namely from Trenggalek district, East Java, Indonesia. the price is definitely expensive!, commensurate with its history and rarity.
