Hoya undulata was described in 2015 and is a Hoya endemic to Kalimantan and is only found in the Kalimantan region. This hoya lives in lowland forests at an altitude of about 350 meters. Its distribution is in the upstream Kapuas forest, Putussibau district, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. and direct borders with Malaysian territory. This Hoya is classified as the rarest variant (limited stock). There are 2 kinds of colors, dark green and dark red.
