Hoya aff megalaster sp Jayapura (rare)

Hoya Megalaster. This hoya was first discovered in the forest area of PNG (Papua New Guinea) and its distribution in the Papua region such as Jayapura to be precise in the inland forest area of Jayapura, Indonesia. the leaves are almost similar to Hoya verstegii sp Papua, but hoya megaster leaves are plainer and not jagged on the edges of the leaves, the leaves are green and rather dense. This hoya thrives in a rather hot and humid place and does not like too much water. Hoya Megalaster has very impressive blooms, with 1 1/2 inch pink/red flowers – their lifespan is very short. It grows fast and has lots of stems and will bloom really fast if you can give it lots of two H’s! (85° days and 60-70 percent humidity). The stock is very limited. and only found in forests in the interior of Papua New Guinea and Jayapura, and even then only in certain areas. This hoya is already very rare in its habitat.
